The steel supports fit into the center hole in the blocks and are easy to adjust to make a level base for your shed, with minimal ground disturbance. use concrete mix to fix the adjustable 4×4 supports into the hole in each deck block. material list. deck blocks – how many you need; 4×4 adjustable steel deck supports – 1 for each deck block. Using 8 timber blocks, dig down a few cm and using a rubber mallet, create a timber support to keep the blocks tight together. now the base is built you can start to build your shed on top. once the shed is built, we recommend using an anchor kit as this will join the shed and base to stop movement. a concrete block base is one of the easiest. I'm building a concrete block shed. the blocks i am using go together without mortar, which means very little skill is required to lay them. to make up for this, they get lots of steel reinforcing.
