At last all my plans for the shed have started to come to fruition, the first of these plans is installing a 200w solar system in my shed. this system will enable me to do so much more over the. Connect the red wire to the terminal marked positive and the black wire to the negative terminal. when the connection is completed and the power is on, a light on the controller will indicate when power is being generated by the solar panel (image 1). next, install the heavy-duty fuse (image 2) inside the utility box.. I found an easy way to just wire my shed with not real expense.cost with about $130.do it yourself idea.....

The wire that i got for this project was a type 12-2. it is the right wire for home wiring and for my needs in my shed. make sure that the wire is inside the conduit before you start the installation. i became aware that it is against electrical codes to use sheathed cable inside a conduit.. Image via: studio shed. complete the wiring and set up the electrical panel. direct the solar panel’s wire across the roof and place it beneath the overhang. drill a hole through the wall just underneath the overhang. pull the wire into the interior and secure it with staples. seal the wire hole with silicone caulk..
